Decoding the 5-Factor Diet Plan

The Five-Factor Diet is actually a lifestyle plan, conceived by celebrity fitness trainer Harley Pasternak , whose client list includes Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Halle Berry, Katy Perry, Megan Fox, Robert Downey Jr., Robert Pattinson, Jessica Simpson, Ke$ha, Hilary Duff and Jennifer Hudson . The 4-Day Diet

The 4-Day Diet plan is the brainchild of Dr. Ian Smith. And no, it’s not a four-days-long crash diet. It is, in fact, a full month-long plan.  The 4-Day Diet plan is divided into seven modules, each of which lasts for four days. The 3-Hour Diet is not a miracle diet where you diet for just three hours to get in shape.
